Eligibility:
The Fair is opened to all airlines, travel agencies, hotels & SPA resorts, home stays, government tourism offices, land operators, cruise lines, bus operators, car rental companies, trade publications, and other travel related organizations and enterprises. Vendors selling food, handicrafts, souvenirs, as well as those businesses cited by the Consumers Foundation are disallowed to participate as principle applicant and co-exhibitor.

Note:
1. Exhibitors and delegates must be properly registered and possess valid operating licenses.
2. Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions To Be Included In Standard Contracts for Good (Service) Coupons.
3. No change of company’s name can be made after registration. Should this occur, ITF 2008 reserves the right to refuse refunds and prohibit the company from participating for this and the following year.

Exhibitor Handbook and Relevant Forms
Details regarding show procedures, regulations, and services are included in the Exhibitor Handbook, which will be available on the Taipei ITF website by June 1 2008.

Relevant forms and service applications (phone lines, furniture, exhibitor badges, etc.) will be available on the website. Exhibiting companies should complete and submit via online after June 1, 2008.

Communication:
Since communication between the organizer and exhibiting companies will be done mostly through e-mails, the correct e-mail addresses of contact charge is very important. Any changes in contact details must be informed to the organizer through e-mail or fax.
Exhibitors’ Work Tickets:
Each booth will be given four free work tickets per day. These are to be used by exhibitor representatives when entering the exhibition hall; if a representative needs to leave the grounds during the day, he or she will be stamped with an invisible mark to facilitate re-entry. Exhibitors who need more entry tickets may purchase them for NT$200 each.

B. Equipment: 1 information desk, 3 x 100W spotlights (electricity included), 2 folding chairs, 1 wastepaper basket, needle-punch carpet, fascia board with company name and booth number.
C. Extra power usage (in addition to the 3 spotlights) will be charged. Only the official contractor will supply electricity power.

How to Apply
Online Registration

Early Register : March 1st, 2008 ~ May 31, 2008

Late Register : after June 1st, 2008 ~ July 31st, 2008

Applying by on-line registration Complete the on-line (www.taipeiitf.org.tw) Registration by July 31, 2008, attach along the receipt of payment made to Taipei ITF 2008 and mail or fax to Taipei ITF 2008

Exhibitor will enjoy discounted rates if payment is received before May 31, 2008.

Application Deadlines:
Early Bird Deadline: May 31, 2008
Registration Deadline: July 31st, 2008
Applications received after August 1st, 2008 shall be subject to an additional NT$12,000 late fee.

By failing to apply and meet the payment deadline of May 31, 2008, the Exhibitor forfeits the discounted rate priviledge. The Organizer will send periodic billing statements, and reserves the right to reject any application should payment not be made by July 31st, 2008.

Cancellation and Refunds:
The Organizer must be notified in writing of any cancellation. Accepted cancellation will be refunded after the Fair and based on the following amount:
. Cancellation before August 31st, 2008, 75% of the total payable
. Cancellation before September 30th, 2008, 50% of the total payable
. Cancellation on or after October 1st, 2008, no refund

Acceptance of Application:
The Organizer reserves the right to confirm or reject applications received online by fax or by post. Confirmation of participation will be sent to the Exhibiting Company within 7 days of acceptance.

Assignment of Booth(s):
The organizer will make every effort to comply with exhibitors' requests for booth assignments, while reserving the right to allocate booth(s) to serve the greatest interest of all exhibitors. Booth arrangement shall be according to registration date, size of booth and the exhibition plan.

Changing of Booth(s)
The Organizer reserves the right to reduce the number or size of booths, and change the location of booths according to the exhibition’s capacity.
